Terms for using JAMOK.

These Terms govern your use of JAMOK. JAMOK is operated by Marvelous Eze in Nigeria. It is an independent examination-preparation platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or Points, uploading material, or using JAMOK, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under 18, use JAMOK only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use JAMOK is responsible for supervising that use where applicable law requires.

2. Accounts and security

• Give accurate information, use your own account, and keep your sign-in details private.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a payment problem.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or attempt to bypass account, payment, question, or answer controls.

3. Study tools and educational limits

JAMOK provides Quick Practice, Past Questions, Full Mock, progress tools, private AI-assisted Practice Arena generation, and other features shown as available in the product. A Free account includes one Full Mock; additional Full Mocks require an active Pro membership. Basic scores and answer review remain available on Free, while detailed analysis is a Pro benefit. You may join the Competition early-registration list to receive launch updates by your selected contact method and may stop future Competition email and SMS updates from the Competition page. This list is not official entry, eligibility, an attempt entitlement, a ranking, or a promise of a date or prize. The actual Competition remains unavailable until its rules, schedule, integrity controls and launch approval are complete. Questions, explanations, scores, recommendations, and AI-generated content are study aids only. They may contain errors and do not guarantee admission, an examination score, or any official JAMB outcome. Always compare important information with your syllabus, teacher, textbook, or official source.

Study Rank and Study XP are motivational indicators, not academic qualifications or official examination rankings. They use recorded active answer time, completed questions and sessions, accuracy, and consistency. Time is capped per answer and per day so leaving a page open does not create unlimited XP. JAMOK may correct or remove XP created through manipulation, automation, or other misuse.

4. Practice Arena, AI, and uploads

Practice Arena can generate private objective or theory study content from a subject, topic, or material you provide. You must have the right to upload and process that material and must not upload confidential, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Raw files are inspected and discarded after extraction; private extracted text is retained for up to seven days unless an earlier deletion request can be completed. Generated content is private to your account and may be inaccurate. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for question generation.

5. Generation Points and Pro access

One Generation Point funds one generated question. Each new student account receives one non-transferable 10-Point welcome grant. JAMOK currently offers one-time Pro access periods and separate Point top-ups for active Pro members. Every Pro purchase is a single payment for the stated access period; it does not renew automatically and we do not schedule an automatic debit. You must make a new payment if you choose to renew. Prices, included Points, and access periods are displayed before checkout and may change prospectively, but a later change will not reduce a completed purchase.

An active paid Pro membership releases 200 Generation Points for each active membership month. The first release occurs after verified payment, and later releases occur when each paid month begins. A student’s first verified Pro purchase also receives one 100-Point bonus. That first-purchase bonus is issued once per account and does not repeat on renewal or a later plan.

Before generation begins, the required Points may be reserved. A successfully completed, validated generation captures those Points. If generation fails before delivery, the reservation is released back to your JAMOK Point balance. Points have no cash value and may not be resold.

Active Pro members may send eligible verified top-up Points and Points received from another student using a recipient’s JAMOK ID, subject to the limits displayed in the product. Subscription, welcome, first-purchase bonus, referral, promotional, owner, administrative, reserved, unsettled, refunded, charged-back, or disputed Points are not transferable. A completed transfer cannot be converted to cash or automatically reversed. Senders must verify the recipient name before confirming; JAMOK may restrict or reverse transfers when reasonably necessary to address fraud, account compromise, payment reversal, or a technical error.

6. Referral rewards

You may share your personal JAMOK referral code or link. Free and Pro members may participate. A referral earns 10 Generation Points only after the referred student completes their first verified Pro payment. Registration, free use, and Point top-ups do not qualify. Each referred account can qualify once, and the reward is issued automatically after verified payment evidence is recorded. Earned referral Points may be used for question generation immediately even when the referrer remains on JAMOK Free; a Pro upgrade is not required to spend them.

Self-referrals, duplicate or misleading accounts, shared identity details used to manufacture rewards, payment manipulation, or other abuse do not qualify. A refund, chargeback, or reversal of the qualifying Pro payment reverses the related referral reward. If those Points have already been used, the Point account may be restricted until the resulting 10-Point deficit is resolved. Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, and are not transferable.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. JAMOK receives payment status and transaction details needed to verify and fulfil your order, but does not receive or store your full card number. Your purchase is also governed by the Payments & Refunds Policy, which explains failed fulfilment, duplicate charges, unused purchases, service defects, Point releases, and refund timing. Nothing in these Terms removes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian consumer law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not scrape or systematically copy the question bank; expose protected answers; reverse engineer security controls; interfere with the service; use automated access without permission; upload malware; impersonate another person; commit fraud; harass others; or use JAMOK or generated output for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access while investigating misuse, fraud, security incidents, chargebacks, or risks to other users.

9. Intellectual property

JAMOK and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, design, software, and licensed content. You retain your rights in material you upload. You grant JAMOK a limited licence to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Generated study content is provided for your personal educational use and must not be resold or represented as official JAMB material. Send copyright concerns to marvelouseze1@gmail.com.

10. Availability, changes, and account closure

We work to keep JAMOK available, but maintenance, provider outages, security work, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt it. We may change features or these Terms, and will post an updated effective date for material changes. You may request account access, correction, export, or deletion review through Account & privacy requests. Some records may be retained where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

JAMOK is provided with reasonable care for study support. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an examination result, admission decision, or loss caused by relying on content without appropriate independent checking. We do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies for a service that does not meet the required standard.

12. Governing law and contact
